Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm taking the day off from posting something new to take it easy and eat with family. If you're on here though, and you're bored, would love to hear your favorite Thanksgiving traditions or new things you have done to mix up your feast.

Last year I spatchcocked my turkey from Goose the Market for the first time and it was delicious. I highly recommend.

So I hear some of you are looking for places to go out to eat for Thanksgiving—so I have compiled a list of restaurants that are open for Thanksgiving for you.  I have tried to check into most of them, but do me a favor and call them to verify they are open (and to check the hours) if you plan on going. 

I wish you all a great Thanksgiving—how can you go wrong with a holiday that is centered around eating?

I have heard there may be some of you looking for a Thanksgiving option out... here's a list of the downtown restaurants offering dinner Thursday. (Thanks to Indianapolis Downtown for this list. http://www.indydt.com/) If you know of other places that are open (maybe not downtown) post a comment and let everyone know! I will kick it off and let you know they offer a Thanksgiving buffet at the West Baden resort that I have heard is pretty good.
