Every soup I've had there ha...I love the soups. Every soup I've had there has been bursting with flavor, layered with textures, and always a special herbed oil on top. Chef Oakley puts so much thought into the soup, and I'm always amazed by his flavor combinations. My favorites have been a wild mushroom cream soup and a lobster bisque that featured several huge chunks of perfectly poached claw meat.Jessica in Arcadianoreply@blogger.com
